Blackhat SEO: 2004 und heute
Greg Boser hat 2004 bei einen damals ganz gewagten Kommentar zur Spamproblematik bei Google abgegeben:
The Google PR department is probably going to print this thread and hang it on the wall as a testimonial to the effectiveness of their spam control brain washing campaign.The only reason you thought they were able to automatically prevent that type
of content from showing up is because they've spent a lot of time and money
telling you that they can.The reality is that the majority of spammers in the U.S. that end up getting
dumped from the database are removed because of some type of human
intervention, not some new, high-tech automated spam terminating cyborg that
they developed.Since the U.S. market generates the most traffic, the humans that are in
charge of keeping everything looking nice and clean, tend to focus their time

Seitdem hat definitv viel geändert, aber als gänzlich überholt würde ich dieses Statement dennoch nicht bezeichnen. Eure Meinungen!
google ist zwar schon besser geworden, aber so richtig dolle is das mit dem automatismus m.e. nicht. und ich habe nie verstanden, warum die nicht mehr auf human power gesetzt haben. viele dinge wie linktrade.biz oder so haette ein guter seo in 30 minuten inkl. aller teilnehmer kaltgestellt. google hat damals 2-3 monate zugeschaut bevor was passiert ist. soviel zu automatismen. heute koennen sie solche dinge schneller erkennen, aber die gegner haben auch weiter aufgeruestet und die tiefgruendigeren spammereien sind auch heute noch schwerlich mit automatik auszumachen.
